What is my order status?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order. Our order processing time is typically 1-3 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

The order status will be listed as 'Unfulfilled' until it has shipped. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is labeled. Tracking information will be updated within 1 business day from that point. You may check the history of your orders and status by logging into your account.

Can I modify my order once placed?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of your order being placed. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee any changes beyond 1 hour of your order being placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact us right away to inquire about cancellation. In general our cancellation window is 1 hour.

Should your order ship and the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if i am placing an order outside of the United States?

All prices are displayed in USD. If shopping Internationally, consider the price conversion from USD to your country's currency, because the price listed at checkout may differ from your bank statement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Lezat accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JBC, Diners Club, and Discover. To ensure the safety of your purchase, debit or credit cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted. We recommend PayPal as an alternative. Add funds to your PayPal account through any method and then use our single-click PayPal express checkout feature to complete your order.

Lezat is required to collect Sales Tax per each State's Guidelines. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state + local rate for the shipping address on the order.

Can I pay in installments?

Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments payments can be made in 4 interest-free installments allowing your payments to be automatically charged to your preferred debit or credit card every 2 weeks. These options are only available for United States customers.

Please note, Klarna Installments are only available on select US orders from $35 - $1,000. If you have any questions about payments made with Klarna, Afterpay or Shop Pay please contact their support teams.

Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal purchases are subject to VICI’s standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment.

If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you have not paid off all your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount, and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item(s) once returned.

What about discounts and promo codes?

Promo codes are valid for a set % off on all eligible merchandise online at lezat.com. Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are also excluded unless otherwise specified. Apply the discount code at checkout. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are excluded from any discount. Lezat reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

Codes can be combined with other discount codes and offers. The best offer will be calculated at checkout if multiple codes are applied.
Promotional Codes are only available online and for limited times.

Can I combine gift cards and promo codes?

Yes, you can combine promo codes with any E-Gift Card/Store Credit codes. When checking out, enter the E-Gift Card code first and then enter the promotional code.
Lezat is not responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout.


Please note, the Order Confirmation email and invoice you receive will only reflect the order total and not the method of payment breakdown.

How do preorders work?

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page.

Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.

If you need to cancel/update your Preorder, please contact our Customer Care team. Preorders can only be canceled for a full refund before the item ships. Once your item has shipped, the return falls under our regular return policy for store credit only.

For Returns on Preorders, you have 30 days from the day the order has shipped - not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.

Preorders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity, and details of the item.

Preorder items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

What if I have other questions regarding my order?

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Taxes + Duties on International Orders

For international orders, Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) will be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout! This will provide our customer with 100% visibility to fully landed costs, faster delivery with no delays or unanticipated fees at delivery.

Lezat is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.

Shipping options

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

International P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to International Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Additional Shipping Information

Orders submitted after 11AM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sundays. In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, your order will be processed on the subsequent Tuesday.

Preorder items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

Lezat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

RETURN POLICY + CENTER

What is your return policy?

Lezat will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed.

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLYStore credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Returns are free for U.S & Canada returns only. We do not offer or accept returns for all other international returns.

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible return items from your order. Please select which items you want to return. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid UPS shipping label.

How/when will I receive my Store Credit?

An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.

Can I do an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns Center! Once you enter your order number and zip code, you will be prompted with eligible exchange items from your order. Please select which size you want to exchange. Once you complete the Returns process, please select which return method you prefer: Return Bar drop-off or a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off with the carrier. From there, you will be emailed a QR code for your return bar drop-off or a pre-paid UPS shipping label.

Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item. Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Exchanges are for U.S residents only.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.

What if I paid with Klarna, Afterpay, or Shop Pay?

Klarna, Afterpay & Shop Pay purchases are subject to Lezat's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment.
